Phil & The Casey on ThanksgivingI have to say it's a good feeling when about 25 different people in your church - who know you're the divorced guy who lives alone with his cat - invite you to Thanksgiving at their house because they want to make sure you've got somewhere to be. Wow. I'm overwhelmed and blessed. Yes - I have somwhere to be, thank you - and 25 other places I can go just in case.

Happy Thanksgiving from The Casey and me to you and yours.

I know this is nearly a year late...but just found your blog. :)

I find that is one of the greatest things about joining a church community...when there is no family they become your family and even if you have family, they'll still become your family.

You can't find that anywhere else in the world, in my humble opinion.
