All Caught Up
In 2005 I was unemployed for about a month. Then I was working at a job that only offered 20 hours a week. In early 2006, I was unemployed again for about two months. I tried to pay as much as I could towards child support, but I quickly slipped into arrears.
I'm happy to announce that this week I received a check in the mail from the state disbursement unit made out to me in the amount of $52 dollars and some change. The big thing that helped was a tax intercept of my refund, which was pretty good this year. What this means is I am all caught up and current. What a relief!
