Plan for a Healthier Me

2 Comments | Latest by: Phil | Add Your Comment! »»

I've been saying my goal is to live to be 150 for a few years now. I'm not acting like that is true. Here's my plan for a healthier me.

  • Sprinting in the mornings.
  • Drink no calories, and water or juice as much as I can stand it.
  • One set to failure work outs twice a week.

Suggestions? Some form of diet for longevity? Can it include port wine?

Suggestions for diet longevity? Don't consider it a "diet". That sabotages it right there.

Don't drink juice (it's loaded with sugar) unless it's juice from a health food store (translation - it's pure pure pure). Drinks lots of water. Don't beat yourself up when you fail - cause you will. We all do.

Yes, it can include port wine. A little is good for the soul. And the heart.

Cut out simple carbs. That's what I'm doing and the weight is falling off. Oh and my medications make me sick so I'm not really eating. That always helps too.

I think the most important thing is getting your head straight. What you believe and confess will be manifest in your life and that includes your shape. Don't let others opinion of you influence your opinion of you - I've learned that lesson the incredibly hard way.

How ironic. The "spell" work on your site here is "pizza". That's funny.

The captcha is completely random. Ironic you should get "pizza!" That's hilarious! I should change that to a more positive or thought provoking set of words.
