I'm so glad that my son is eight,
because now he's more emotionally mature than I am......and has been for four years.

I think it was when Madelynn was 8 or 9 that I realized my daughter was smarter than I was. :-)

My daughter's almost three
and she's way more fun than me-
and she's teaching me every day
by her reactions to what I say.
Group hug?
